By downloading, installing, or using the 3S VPN application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Code Proof Secure ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

3S VPN is a virtual private network application that provides:

  • Encrypted internet connections
  • Privacy protection while browsing
  • Secure WiFi protection on public networks
  • Access to global server locations

The Service is available for iOS and Android devices through their respective app stores.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal activities
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to bypass or breach our security measures
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice to subscribers

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons, are the exclusive property of Code Proof Secure and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that the Service will be secure, virus-free, or operate without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODE PROOF SECURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Code Proof Secure operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
